Well, as you might expect of a single doe kid out of Stella being dam raised, this one is a monster, with a personality as big as her mouth, and a butt bigger than her personality. Definitely going to be bred to kid as a yearling. She'll be our first Tuan kid to freshen if all goes as planned.

Dam: Flat Rocks Galena (Flat Rocks Gem x 5 Alarm Prism)

Galena has been a bit of a sleeper in our herd, not being shown much due to some trouble getting her ADGA registration, but she is just as nice as you'd expect a Gem daughter out of one of Sunni's favorite does to be, and I can't wait to see how she combined with the very prepotent Halifax.

This kid is very small, but exquisite for all of that. We have retained her brother as well, and I think the results of this linebreeding will be very interesting to see.

Very flashy polled broken buckskin doe kid out of our first homebred MCH, sired by the up and coming Tuan. Very level over the topline right back through the rump--a big improvement in that area over her dam, and wild as a march hare...oh well.

This kid is out of a doe almost too nice to be sold, and an interesting outcross. Typical long framed, level Halifax daughter.

This doe kid is the first we have kept out of Best Doe in Show and multiple Best of Breed winning Dierdre, who is on track to milk over 1200 pounds this year if I don't mess her up. Very different in type than her dam, this kid is extremely long boned and elegant...we will see if she kept the milk when she lost some of the power that Dierdre typifies.
